Qatar Career Fair holds a series of briefing sessions for potential exhibitors in QCF 2012, organized annually by the Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development, Qatar Petroleum, the Amiri Diwan, Qatar University, and the Ministry of Labor. QCF offers education, employment, training and development opportunities provided by all major economic sectors in the State of Qatar.
The information sessions will revolve around the way to participate in the Fair as exhibitor, the sponsorship opportunities provided by the Fair, the registration process, in addition to important guidelines and instructions concerning the participation process, which are included in the "Exhibitors’ Manual", to be distributed to potential exhibitors before the registration process that will start this month. The manual contains the details of participation in Diamond, pearl, gold, silver and bronze categories.
 The sessions are held in the Education City, Texas A&M University, Hall No. 238 from 11am to 12:00pm as follows:
October 26: Briefing Session in Arabic
October 31: Briefing Session in English
November 2: Briefing Session in both Arabic and English
